Help with Downloading

In order to download these files you need to have already installed the Acrobat Reader
software, which is free of charge, onto your computer. If you have not yet done so, please
click once with the left mouse button on the following link:

Because the PDF data in our files is relatively large we ask you to please to be
patient when downloading.

Sometimes Acrobat-Reader shows an empty first page.
In order for the text to download correctly it can help to click on the page
change switch (bottom left on lower control bar) to move to the 2nd or 3rd page.
